All of our dishes are prepared for you ~ On the Spot! ~ with only the finest ingredients available. We are aware of the growing number of allergies & dietary requirements out there and will try our best to accommodate these needs as much as possible. Please discuss any & all requirements you may have with your ~ Culinary Tour Guide ~ so we can take all necessary precautions to ensure a pleasant dining experience. We will however not be able to guarantee this for a 100% because of the great variety off products we use in our kitchen

Did You
Know?...
Officially named in 1858, the story behind
the names of The Kicking Horse River
& The Kicking Horse Pass occurred sometime before that!
It all started with a man on a horse! In his attempt to save
a drowning horse
from an untimely death, Dr. James Hector was kicked into the
river himself.
Hectors men, after successfully rescuing both, thought it
humorous to name the river
& the pass in honour of ~ The Kicking Horse
~ ! |

A meatball with mashed potatoes and gravy. We just felt the need to put this traditional Dutch meal on the menu, go figure!!!

A bird caught in a pecan crust!!! with lime, and stuck in cactus dip.
